Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boiled rice: 2 cups


  • Carrots: 1/2 cup finely chopped


  • Capsicum: 1/2 cup finely chopped


  • French beans: 1/2 cup finely chopped


  • Cabbage: 1/2 cup chopped


  • Garlic: 1 tbsp finely chopped


  • Paneer: 1 cub cubed


  • Soya sauce: 1 tbsp 1 tbsp


  • Red chilli sauce: 1 tbsp 1 tsp


  • Pepper powder: 1 tsp


  • Salt: 1 to 2 tsp


  • Oil: 2 tbsp


  • Spring onion leaves: 1 tbsp chopped


  • Corn flour: 1 tbsp


  • Schezwan sauce: 1 tsp

Directions

  • In a bowl mix together corn flour,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,schezwan sauce and salt.
  • Mix paneer cubes to this and keep it for 5 mins.
  • Heat a pan, spread little oil.
  • Add the paneer cubes and shallow fry till it becomes golden and crisp.
  • Remove from pan and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same oan , add garlic and toss for few seconds.
  • Add chopped veggies gradually and saute on high flame for 5 to 6 mins.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Add soya sauce and red chilli sauce and mix.
  • Add the boiled rice and toss well. the rice should be cooled before adding if not you can use leftover rice too.
  • Finally add the fried paneer cubes and sprinkle chopped spring onion greens and mix well.
